Position Summary:

          Keeps premises of the facility in a clean and orderly condition.
          Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Occasional weekends and other shifts required)
          Starting Wage: $11.00 - $13.00
 

Success Factors:

• Punctual and Dependable.  Reports to work when scheduled.
• Completes required tasks.
• 100% compliance to all ACTA safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans light fixtures, surfaces, and trim
• Sweeps and mops shop floor
• Washes walls, ceilings, windows, doors, and dusts equipment
• Empties trash and takes to waste disposal area
• Compacts cardboard in cardboard compactor
• Cuts and trims grass, weeds flower beds, and shovels snow
• Assist facility maintenance specialists in other duties (electric, machine, construction, etc.)
• Any other responsibilities or assignments as necessary

Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:

• Self-Motivation – is able to work with little or no supervision.
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. 
• Ability to stand for long periods, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
