Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment, ensuring timely and safe handling.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects to support production and assembly lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold our high safety and efficiency standards.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures to contribute to a safe working environment.
• Operate basic machinery and tools, with opportunities for training on advanced equipment.
• Support assembly, installation, and maintenance tasks, directly impacting the quality of our aerospace products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Promptly report any issues or hazards to supervisors to facilitate continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and swing shifts, as per production requirements.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
