Position Summary
Providing professional and efficient support to our team, which would include receiving, reviewing, categorizing, scanning, filing, and tracking documents using our company’s organization systems. Help support our company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. Ensure all internal and external documents are maintained throughout the document lifecycle

Tasks
- Copy, scan, and store documents.
- Handle records across various departments
- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows).
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
- File documents in physical and digital records.
- Create templates for future use
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Other duties as required
Knowledge
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reviewing technical documents along with the ability to spot errors. Check for accuracy and edit files. File documents in physical and digital records, manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills excellent proofreading and editing skills.

Experience
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Experience is preferred but not necessary
Standard Work Reference
- High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience
